PFLAG (Parents, Friends and Family of Lesbians and Gays)
Promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons, and their families and friends through: support, education, and advocacy to end discrimination and to secure equal rights. Find the chapter nearest you.
Straight Spouse Network
This is for straight parents who have been or are involved with a LGBT spouse. In the cases of children of divorce with LGBT parents, the straight parent’s attitude greatly affects how the children feel about their families. If you are coming out of a opposite sex marriage, please be sure your straight spouse has access to the support and resources he or she needs and deserves.
GLSEN (Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network)
A national organization paying attention to homophobia in schools. Chapters are located throughout the country. Features special step-by-step directions for a starting Gay/Straight Alliance at your school.
We are a PFLAG non-geographical chapter (nationwide) specializing in support, education, and advocacy for transgender people and their families.
